Reviewing the removal of slums in the streets of the Al-Thawra and Shu’ub directorates in the capital, Sana’a.

The head of the Social Affairs Committee of the local council in the Municipality of the capital, Hammoud Al -Naqeeb, briefed today the progress of the joint campaign to implement the traffic matrix to organize and control traffic, raise slums, distorted appearances, and the causes of traffic congestion in the streets of the districts of Shaab and Al -Thawra.
The campaign implemented for the second week targets the traffic police, the Works Office, the Fund, the Cleaning Project, the Works, Cleanliness areas, and the department’s department departments, to raise distorted manifestations, slums, dilapidated cars, stalls and street vendors in the main streets to facilitate traffic for vehicles and pedestrians.
The captain explained that the campaign resulted in the raising of dilapidated and scrap cars after notifying their owners to raise them, and raising the stalls and the Arabs of street vendors in the main streets and sidewalks and transporting them to the places specified for them and raising dust and waste.
In turn, the Director of the Traffic Police of the Secretariat, Colonel Najib Al -Asadi, and the Director of the Facilities and Public Markets Department, Zakir Al -Amiri, confirmed that the campaign in which the equipment, leaders and cadres of the traffic police, works, and cleaning will continue until all the streets included in the traffic procedures matrix.
During the field descent, the managers of the works sector in the Secretariat, Eng. Abdul Salam Al -Jaradi, follow -up, Abdel Halim Al -Sukari, the Revolutionary Directorate, Aqil Al -Saqqaf, the Chargé d’Affaires of the Peoples’ Directorate of Muhammad Al -Hadrami, and the Deputy of the Work Officer Abdel Habib Shamsan and the traffic police, Brigadier Abdullah Al -Aqr.
