A meeting in Sana’a discusses the conditions of the contracting and real estate secto

A meeting held in Sana’a, headed by the Minister of Economy, Industry and Investment, discussed Eng. Moein Hashem Al -Mahqari, Transport and Public Works, Muhammad Qahim, the conditions of the real estate and contracting sector.

The meeting, which included investors, representatives and representatives of real estate and contracting companies and institutions, reviewed the problems and obstacles facing the real estate development sector, stressing their readiness to support economic activity and increase investments in model real estate projects.

The minister stressed the government’s readiness to provide support and incentives to investors in all sectors, including real estate due to its importance in the economy movement, noting that there are great efforts made by a harmonious technical team from the two ministries to address the conditions of the real estate and contracting sector.

He stressed the speed of implementing the technical team’s outputs, indicating that among the treatments will be removed all the obstacles and the adoption of an incentive matrix, improvement and facilitating procedures according to a specific work program.

The Minister of Economy and Investment pointed out that the government will work to provide incentives and temptations to support investors and restore mutual trust with the private sector.

For his part, Minister Qahim pointed out the importance of the economic role of the contracting and real estate sector, addressing the reasons for real estate recession for the renaissance of investment in this sector, reviving the real estate market and finding solutions and incentives that attract investors to provide job opportunities and enhance the national economy.

He urged the trend towards the establishment of residential cities by taking advantage of the benefits and investment incentives for the real estate sector, expressing his hope that the efforts made will lead to a major shift in the real estate development sector and industry.
