A meeting of the Restructuring, Description and Job Survey Committee of the Ministry of Transport

The Committee for Restructuring, Description and Job Survey at the Ministry of Transport discussed, headed by Minister Amer Al-Marani, the mechanism for developing and modernizing the organizational structure of the Ministry, tasks and competencies at the level of sectors and public administrations.

In the presence of the Deputy of the Ministry of Transport for Financial and Administrative Affairs Adel Al-Madani and members of the committee, the committee touched on the references and directions included in the national vision in its fifth axis of administrative development with regard to the Ministry of Transport.

The meeting reviewed the report and proposals accomplished by the Organizational Restructuring, Description and Job Survey Committee, and proposals on the new organizational structure according to the priorities of the Ministry’s office, bodies, institutions, councils and committees under the Ministry’s supervision.

The committee stressed the importance of activating the ministry’s supervisory and oversight role on bodies and institutions through the ministry’s public administrations and sectors, and implementing its supervisory tasks.

The committee urged the follow-up and the continuation of holding regular meetings with representatives of sectors and public administrations to develop and update the organizational structure and general tasks and competencies.
