The funeral ceremony began at Al-Sabeen Square in the capital, Sana’a, where funeral prayers were performed over the bodies of the martyrs, wrapped in the Yemeni flag, preceded by an honor guard.

The bodies were then laid to rest in the cemetery of the late President Saleh al-Samad.

During the funeral, the Acting Prime Minister emphasized that the Yemeni people are confronting the most powerful intelligence empires in the world. He pointed out that the entire Zionist system, from the US administration to the Zionist entity to the Arab Zionists, targeted the government as part of the campaign to target all those who stand in the way of Zionist hegemony in the region.

He said: “O sons of our people and our nation, we address you from Sana’a, which God has honored with the greatest, most honorable, and most precious stance at a time when all of humanity has failed to support the oppressed in Palestine.

Today, Yemen is offering its men, its people, its economy, and its stance in support of justice. We are not regretful, but rather honored, proud, convinced, and completely satisfied. We feel we have fallen short, but this is what we can do.” Sheikh Miftah also emphasized that the state’s governmental apparatus is integrated and operates with a team spirit, supported by the great popular support and the Yemeni will, under the wisdom of the great leader.

He added, “There is no concern about the performance of the government apparatus; rather, it will strengthen, because the blood of the martyrs gives us motivation, morale, and determination.” He emphasized that the state of institutions is already in place, and that what has been built over the 11 years since the September 21 Revolution will not be affected.

The government’s performance will continue to confront and confront the aggression by managing the daily affairs of the Yemeni people.

The Acting Prime Minister indicated that there will be no security, logistical, or administrative disruptions, as the situation is stable at the highest, best, and strongest levels.

He continued, “Regarding the allegations made on social media and hostile media outlets regarding the negligence of the security aspect, I assure you that the security agencies are at the highest level, and things are good, unlike the buffoonery of some of those addressing the issue.”

He pointed out that the government is close to the people and present among them, and that the Prime Minister and ministers go out to identify the needs of the people by monitoring daily activities, movements, and public events.

Monitoring government members does not require complex intelligence operations. He said, “However, I assure you, from within the event and from under the rubble, that they have failed, and that our measures are very strong, so there is no concern.”
Scholar Miftah pointed out that the Government of Change and Construction deliberately refrained from appearing in the media and discussing its work.

He emphasized that the government had, over the course of one year, undertaken a qualitative effort that could not have been accomplished in several years. This included restructuring and rebuilding the state’s governmental apparatus through a precise census of all the state’s components and capabilities, and a meticulous assessment through a process of radical change based on a precise statistical base for everything and a review of all regulations and systems, in addition to keeping pace with daily work and tasks under difficult and harsh conditions and challenges that everyone is well aware of.

He added, “We entered a major war, neither easy nor simple. It was a powerful and massive war, and we clashed with the Americans. This war was not merely military, but a war on the economy, communications, electricity, oil, and all of the country’s facilities. Nothing remained untarnished by the aggression.”

He pointed out that the enemy sought to strangle Yemen by targeting all of the ports, but thank God, the situation did not reach the enemy’s desired outcome. Indeed, the ports are operating and receiving the needs of the Yemenis, and there has been no food, medicine, or fuel crisis, despite the enemy’s betting on creating one by all means. The Acting Prime Minister reassured everyone that the security and supply situation is stable, the state’s reserves are adequate, and the government’s performance is sound. He emphasized that everything that is in people’s minds and what is being promoted by traitors, agents, and the weak-willed is nonexistent. The reality is strong, reassuring, stable, and unwavering. These people have been honored by God with the goal they sought: martyrdom.

He emphasized that the enemy has failed, and that the armed forces are striking the enemy, the latest of which was the Israeli oil tanker this morning.
He added, “We were together evaluating the government’s work, reviewing next year’s plan, and considering important strategic projects to localize important industries, especially those related to Yemeni raw materials in mining and other very important matters. We were preparing and making plans, and these plans will see the light of day.”

He expressed pride and honor in the funeral procession of the heroic martyrs, along with the Prime Minister and nine of his fellow ministers in the government, along with the Director of the Prime Minister’s Office and the Secretary of the Council of Ministers. He emphasized that the martyrs were completely satisfied and proud of their position, fully and absolutely convinced, and prepared to sacrifice. The Acting Prime Minister offered his sincere condolences to the Leader of the Revolution, Sayyid Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, on the martyrdom of this group of the nation’s finest men, foremost among them the Prime Minister, and to the families of the martyrs and the Yemeni people, who have taken an honorable and great stand and supported the martyrs while they performed their duty.

He said, “This popular presence defeats the enemy, and the presence in all arenas and fields is honorable.” He emphasized that the world awaits the presence of the great Yemeni people on the day of the epic faith, the day of loyalty to the Seal of the Prophets, on the anniversary of his birth, when unprecedented crowds in the history of the Arabian Peninsula, the region, and the world will gather in various regions of Yemen in a true epic that can only be created by a people described by the Prophet, may God bless him and his family and grant them peace, as the people of faith and wisdom.

The Grand Mufti of Yemen expressed his sincere condolences to the Leader of the Revolution, Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, and the President of the Supreme Political Council, His Excellency Field Marshal Mahdi al-Mashat, for the martyrdom of the Prime Minister of the Government of Change and Construction, Ahmed Ghaleb al-Rahwi, and a number of his fellow ministers, after they were targeted by the Zionist enemy during a workshop to evaluate the government’s performance last Thursday.

The Grand Mufti of Yemen emphasized that the Yemeni people remain steadfast in their support for the Palestinian cause and the mujahideen in Gaza, no matter how great the sacrifices and how great the challenges. He said, “The Prime Minister and his fellow ministers are men who have fulfilled their pledge to God and were martyred while performing their duty, facing God, not retreating. They know that they are in an open confrontation with their enemies, unafraid of or fearing the blame of anyone in God.” He added, “There are matters that must be emphasized, namely preserving Yemeni unity, uniting the word, and maintaining a unified front in confronting the enemies of God.

We know that our enemies are working day and night, never slumbering, plotting and buying favors. We must fear God Almighty. If we learn that someone has taken this path, we must quickly report him, otherwise we will be among those who conceal his actions. This is impermissible, for the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) said, ‘Whoever harbors an innovator, God Almighty will not accept any of his compensation or justice.'”

Sheikh Sharaf al-Din continued: “Our religion requires us to be martyrs in justice. If we learn that one of our relatives is cooperating or communicating with the aggression, it is our religious duty to quickly report them, thus saving a great deal of blood and lives, and preserving our unity, strength, principles, and firm stance with Gaza and Palestine.”

He pointed out that the martyrdom of the Prime Minister and his fellow ministers will only increase the Yemeni people’s steadfastness and resilience in confronting the usurping Zionist entity and its American partner, and in continuing to support the Palestinian cause and the mujahideen in Gaza.

Sheikh Sharaf al-Din considered martyrdom a medal that is unmatched by anything in this world. These great martyrs gave their lives for the sake of God, standing firm and steadfast in the face of the Zionist-American aggression.

He concluded his speech by saying: “This group of believers is alive with their Lord, in His hospitality and generosity, and we must move forward and strive like them until we meet God on the path of martyrdom and the path of martyrdom.”

The mourners emphasized that the blood of the martyrs will not be in vain, but will fuel further steadfastness in confronting the Zionist-American enemy and supporting the oppressed in Gaza. They noted that Yemen, with its enormous sacrifices in support of the oppressed Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank, and in defense of holy sites, embodies the strength of its allegiance to its nation and its vital causes, foremost among which is the Palestinian cause. They expressed confidence that the Yemeni Armed Forces, with their current state of capabilities, are capable of deterring enemies, avenging the martyrs, and continuing to support the oppressed in Gaza.

They asked God Almighty to have mercy on the Prime Minister of the Government of Change and Construction, his martyred comrades, and all the martyrs whose souls ascended on the path to Jerusalem.
