Al-Hawali and Qahim discuss the draft service development guide for the Ministry of Transport and Public Works

 

 

The Minister of Civil Service and Administrative Development, Dr. Khalid Al-Hawali, and the Minister of Transport and Public Works, Muhammad Ayyash Qahim, discussed today the draft service development guide and simplification of procedures at the Ministry of Transport and Public Works.

During the meeting, the Minister of Civil Service stressed the importance of moving forward to complete the Ministry of Transport and Public Works’ services guide, which represents a real shift in the framework of institutional work, especially after completing the process of merging and organizational development of the ministry.

He appreciated the active role of the leadership of the Ministry of Transport and Public Works and the serious interest in completing the guide and bringing it into effect, due to its great impact in providing services to citizens at a better, easier and simplified level and form.

The Minister of Transport and Public Works expressed his thanks for the role of the Ministry of Civil Service within the framework of the executive program for the service development guide project and simplification of procedures, which is one of the most important national projects.

He pointed out that the path of the Ministry of Transport and Public Works Services Guide, after completion and issuance, will go through the automation phase through the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology in order to move to providing services electronically and ensuring their access to all beneficiaries.
