An Evening for Sectors Operating at the Port of Salif in Hodeidah on the Occasion of the Prophet’s Birthday

The administrations of the Port of Salif, Customs, and Port Security at the Red Sea Port Sector held a cultural evening to commemorate the Prophet’s birthday – may God bless him and his family and grant them peace.
The speeches, attended by the Director of the Coast Guard Sector in Hodeidah Governorate, Brigadier General Mohammed Al-Makhadhi, and the Commander of the Emergency Forces in the Governorate, Colonel Kian Al-Matari, highlighted the significance of the Prophet’s birthday and the incentive it represents to draw lessons in patience, steadfastness, and jihad in the face of the challenges facing the nation.
The speeches touched on the great values conveyed by his immortal message, the educational and humanitarian values inspired by the Prophet’s biography, and the messages of steadfastness and awareness in the face of the soft war.
The speeches emphasized that commemorating the Prophet’s birthday in Yemen reflects a deep sense of belonging to the faith identity, represents a practical stance in confronting tyranny, and renews the pledge to follow the path of the Noble Prophet in championing the nation’s causes.
The speakers noted that this occasion represents a message to the Islamic nation about the necessity of returning to the Holy Quran and the guidance of the Great Prophet, as they are a source of strength and awareness, and a means to confront enemy conspiracies and thwart hegemonic schemes.
The evening, which was attended by the Director of the Salif District, Abdul Rahim Al-Shami, the Deputy Director of Port Security, Lieutenant Colonel Mustafa Nour, and a number of port administration and employee personnel, included various segments related to the occasion.
