An event for the Red Sea Ports Corporation and sectors operating in the port of Hodeidah on the anniversary of the martyr

The Red Sea Ports Corporation, Hodeidah Port Customs, and the Standards, Metrology and Quality Control Authority and Maritime Affairs organized a speech event on Sunday 9 Jumada Al-Awwal 1446 AH corresponding to November 10, 2024 AD on the anniversary of the martyr for the year 1446 AH.
In the event, the first deputy governor, Ahmed Al-Bishri, stressed the keenness to commemorate the annual anniversary of the martyr to draw lessons of pride and dignity from the culture of martyrdom for the sake of God and the values and sacrifices of the martyrs in defending the homeland, its security and stability.
He touched on the great status that God has given to the martyrs by making their abode in heaven with the prophets and the righteous, stressing the importance of giving the martyrs and their families the status that is commensurate with the sacrifices they have made.
Al-Wakil Al-Bishri pointed out the greatness of martyrdom and the status of the martyrs and the virtue of their sacrifices and heroism in confronting invaders and occupiers and defending religion, land and honor so that the people of wisdom and faith may live in pride and dignity.
He considered commemorating the martyr’s memory one of the images of loyalty and gratitude for the sacrifices of the martyrs in defending the homeland and confronting aggression, noting the immortal heroic positions that the martyrs wrote while confronting the forces of the American-Saudi-Emirati aggression.
During the event, which was attended by the Governor’s Deputy, Mohammed Halisi, the Vice President of the Red Sea Ports Corporation, Nasr Abdullah Al-Nusairi, considered the Martyr’s Day an important station to recognize the sacrifices made by the martyrs on the fronts of defending the homeland, which resulted in achieving victories on various fronts and in all fields.
He touched on the concept of martyrdom to protect the nation and educate people to be proud of themselves and belong to the Muhammadan nation, stressing that following the path of the martyrs and moving in the way of God in defense of the land and honor is an absolute necessity for the nation to confront its enemies.
