Anti-Corruption Commission Receives Declaration from Chairman of Red Sea Ports Corporation

The Vice Chairman of the Supreme National Authority for Combating Corruption, Raydan Mohammed Al-Mutawakel, received the first financial disclosure form from the Chairman of the Yemen Red Sea Ports Corporation and Acting Chairman of the General Authority for Maritime Affairs, Zaid Ahmed Taha Al-Washli.
While receiving the declaration, Al-Mutawakel praised the Corporation Chairman’s keenness to submit the declaration in compliance with the provisions of the Financial Disclosure Law No. (30) of 2006, which enhances the integrity of public employees and protects public office.
For his part, Al-Washli confirmed that submitting the declaration is in compliance with the provisions of the Financial Disclosure Law.
The Head of the Financial Disclosure and Combating Illicit Gains and Enrichment Department at the Authority, Mohammed Al-Qanas, Assistant Head of the Investigation and Investigation Department at the Authority, Judge Mohammed Al-Shaibi, and a member of the department, Judge Dr. Abdul Majeed Dhafer, attended the receipt of the declaration.
