Concluding a course at the Aviation Institute in the field of root cause analysis

The training course on root cause analysis, organized by the Institute of Civil Aviation and Meteorology, was concluded today in Sanaa.
The course, which lasted a week, aimed to introduce 31 male and female trainees from Civil Aviation Authority employees and its various sectors, specialists, auditors, inspectors, and quality managers, to the types of problems, how to describe them, and deal with them.
The course focused on qualifying trainees in the field of techniques, methods, and skills for analyzing problems and their causes, reaching the root cause of problems, and working to find appropriate solutions to them.
The Dean of the Institute of Civil Aviation and Meteorology, Dr. Naji Al-Sahmi, pointed out the importance of organizing such specific courses to contribute to enhancing and developing the quality of technical and technical work in the field of civil aviation.
He pointed out that the course was implemented for the first time at the Institute by trainer Khaled Mirbat, a quality expert.
At the closing ceremony, in the presence of the Institute’s Deputy Dean for Technical Affairs and Training, Taha Al-Dala’i, and a number of department directors at the Institute, certificates of appreciation were distributed to the trainees.
