Conclusion of the Reservations and Tickets Course at the Civil Aviation

 

the fourth reservations and tickets course concluded at the Civil Aviation and Meteorology Institute in Sana’a, which was organized by the institute over a period of two weeks.

The course aimed to provide 12 workers in travel and tourism offices with skills and knowledge in the field of issuing tickets and their prices and making reservations using internationally approved programs and systems.

At the conclusion, the Dean of the Aviation Institute, Dr. Naji Al-Sahmi, stressed the importance of these courses that provide the labor market with practically and technically qualified cadres in the field of civil aviation.

He said, “The fourth course focused on identifying the different types of airline tickets, their characteristics, and explaining the rules of tariffs and other systems related to airline tickets, which contributes to the smoothness and facilitation of the reservation process.”

Dr. Al-Sahmi expressed his thanks to the trainers for their efforts in making this course a success.

The conclusion included the distribution of certificates to the participants.
