Dhamar Governor see the progress of performance in the Public Works Office
The governor of Dhamar Muhammad Al -Bakhiti reviewed the progress of performance at the Public Works Office, the efforts to preserve public plans, the application of the construction law, and reduce random construction.
During the visit, Al -Bakhiti Governor praised the efforts of the office leadership and its cadres in developing administrative performance, facilitating the transactions of citizens, and providing a distinguished model in serving the community and enhancing the efficiency of institutional work.
The governor stressed the importance of adhering to the regulatory regulations and the technical requirements for the granting of licenses, and others entrusted to the work office .. stressing the need to adhere to the building law, especially with regard to heights, structural densities, approved technical requirements, evaluation and audit of building licenses data, and dealing with violations in accordance with the law.
He pointed to the necessity of strengthening the field control and the removal of the violations and random appearances, and taking legal measures against violators, while enhancing engineering supervision on projects, and ensuring the quality of implementation in accordance with the specifications.
The Governor of Dhamar praised the service role of the Works Office, urging the extension of efforts to improve the level of performance, improve the quality of services, and achieve the transactions of citizens.
He stressed that the successes the office has achieved, reflects its leadership’s keenness to provide a distinct administrative model … pointing to the importance of the role of environmental health in the application of health requirements, and to control the violating and non -committed installations, in order to ensure the protection and safety of society.
While the director of the Public Works Office, Engineer Moaz Al -Shawkani, provided an explanation about the nature of the tasks and projects implemented, and the performance development plans in the areas of construction, road maintenance and the regulation of construction work .. explaining that the office has purchased a modern “Gremer” equipment within a plan to provide a unit dedicated to the inclusion of neighborhood units and the settlement of dirt streets and emergency tasks.
The Al -Bakhiti Governor had seen with him the head of the Services Committee of the local council, Sadiq Al -Masry, the activities of the recently established material laboratory for concrete examination, in addition to the work of environmental health management in food control and the extent of commitment to health requirements in food and service facilities.
