The Public Works Office, the General Authority for Land Transport Regulation, and the Earthquake and Volcano Monitoring and Studies Center in Dhamar Governorate organized a speech event today to commemorate the Prophet’s birthday.
During the event, the Deputy Governor, Mohammed Abdul Razzaq, highlighted the importance of the occasion in instilling love and loyalty to the Messenger of God, may God bless him and his family, and emulating his approach.
He highlighted the great significance and meanings that the Prophet’s birthday holds in the hearts of Yemenis, as it serves as an awareness-raising platform for drawing on his noble life and values, principles, and noble morals. For his part, the Director of the Public Works Office, Engineer Moaz Al-Shawkani, explained that the birth of the Noble Messenger is an exceptional day in the history of the nation, one in which the light of guidance dawned and the darkness of ignorance was dispelled, allowing the constitution of mercy, the principles of justice, and the values of brotherhood and tolerance to shine upon all of humanity.
He pointed out that celebrating the Prophet’s birthday is not merely a remembrance of a historical event, but rather a spiritual and faith-based milestone from which the nation is equipped with the resolve to work sincerely and draws inspiration from honesty, integrity, and compassion in its responsibilities and work.
Al-Shawkani urged reflecting these values in real life through excellence in work, service to the community, and facilitation of their transactions.
