Discussing investment opportunities in transportation sectors in preparation for investment conference

A meeting that included the Minister of Transport in the caretaker government, Abdul Wahab Al-Durrah, and the Chairman of the General Investment Authority, Yasser Al-Mansour, discussed today, Wednesday, aspects related to the preparation of the investment conference.

The meeting touched on investment opportunities in various transportation sectors, and procedures for preparing partnership contracts with the private sector using “bot” system.
He pointed out the importance of benefiting from the advantages and facilities granted by the investment law to advance the transportation sector and its infrastructure, which was damaged as a result of being targeted by the aggression.

Minister Al-Durrah affirmed the Ministry’s readiness to provide all facilities to investors in terms of studies prepared for projects of importance in the transportation sector to achieve common interests.

In turn, the Chairman of the Investment Authority stressed the importance of transportation projects and their role in reviving investment opportunities in the country. Pointing out that the Authority has many studies and investment opportunities in all fields that contribute to the advancement of the nation’s economy.

The meeting was attended by the head of the main executive unit of the national vision in the transportation sector, Engineer Nazir Al-Dabai, and the Ministry’s Directors of Investment, Hassan Al-Dhari, , Systems and Information, Yahya Habeish.
