During the meeting, an agreement was reached on joint funding between the local authority and the Road Maintenance Fund for several projects, following the completion of studies and designs.

The meeting approved the development of expansion studies for the entrance to Hajjah city and the paving and maintenance of the two drainage lines, with the local authority contributing 40%.
