Issuance of a decision regarding the definition of the objectives, tasks, competencies and organizational divisions of the Ministry of Transport and Public Works

Republican Decree No. (27) of 1446 AH was issued regarding the definition of the objectives, tasks, general competencies and main organizational divisions of the Ministry of Transport and Public Works.

The decision included eight articles:

Article (1) included the name.
Article (2) included the objectives.
Article (3) included the general tasks and competencies of the Ministry.
Article (4) included the organizational structure of the Ministry.
Article (7) stipulated that all regulations and decisions in force or any of their texts or provisions that conflict with the provisions of this decision shall be cancelled.
Article (8) stipulated that this decision shall be effective from the date of its issuance and publication in the Official Gazette.
