Miftah and Al-Madani inaugurate and lay the foundation stone for service and development projects in Al-Bayda

First Deputy Prime Minister, Sheikh Muhammad Miftah, and Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Administration, Local and Rural Development, Muhammad Al-Madani, inaugurated and laid the foundation stone for a number of service projects in Al-Bayda.
They inaugurated, along with the Ministers of Health and Environment, Dr. Ali Shaiban, Transport and Public Works, Muhammad Qahim, Youth and Sports, Dr. Muhammad Al-Mawlid, Electricity, Energy and Water, Dr. Ali Saif, Deputy Director of the Office of the Presidency of the Republic, Fahd Al-Ezzi, and Al-Bayda Governor, Abdullah Idris, 34 development and service projects at a cost of one billion, 153 million and 472 thousand riyals, funded by the local authority and the Central Emergency Interventions Unit at the Ministry of Administration, Local and Rural Development.
They also inaugurated 74 community initiative projects in the governorate at a cost of two billion, 207 million and 309 thousand riyals.
In addition, Miftah and Al-Madani laid the foundation stone for the second phase of the main and sub-water network project at a cost of $1,341,620, funded by the Social Fund for Development, as well as the foundation stone for the solar water production system project at a cost of $1,250,000, funded by the Social Fund for Development. They also laid the foundation stone for three sports projects at a cost of 587,804,000 riyals in the cities of Al-Bayda and Rada’a, funded by the local authority, in addition to 27 development and service projects at a cost of 1,400,722,000 riyals, funded by the local authority.
The First Deputy Prime Minister stressed that the opening and laying of the foundation stone for these service and development projects in Al Bayda Governorate coincides with the anniversary of the martyr and within the framework of the plans of the Government of Construction and Change to implement service and development projects.
He pointed out the interest given by the revolutionary leadership, the Supreme Political Council and the Government of Change and Construction in Al Bayda Governorate, which contributes to improving conditions and providing services to citizens under the circumstances of aggression and siege.
He also stressed the importance of activating community initiatives in the governorate and supporting them through the Central Emergency Interventions Unit, as this would move the wheel of local development in the governorate.
He praised the positions of the people of Al Bayda and their steadfastness in confronting the forces of the US-Saudi-Emirati aggression and its tools of agents and traitors and their participation alongside the army in defeating the Takfiri forces from the regions and directorates of the governorate.
They were accompanied by Deputy Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Water Resources Ibrahim Al-Madani, Chairman of the General Corporation for Roads and Bridges, Engineer Abdulrahman Al-Hadrami, Undersecretaries of the Ministry of Administration and Local and Rural Development Ammar Al-Hareb, Governor of Al Bayda Abdullah Al-Jamali, President of Al Bayda University Dr. Ahmed Al-Arami, and Head of the Central Interventions Unit Shihab Al-Shami.
