Miftah and Al-Madani inaugurate the charitable kidney dialysis project in Al-Bayda city

 

The First Deputy Prime Minister, Sheikh Muhammad Miftah, and the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Administration and Local and Rural Development, Muhammad Al-Madani, inaugurated today the charitable kidney dialysis project in Al-Bayda city at a cost of one billion riyals.

They listened, along with the Ministers of Health and Environment, Dr. Ali Shaiban, Transport and Public Works, Muhammad Qahim, Youth and Sports, Dr. Muhammad Al-Mawlid, Electricity, Energy and Water, Dr. Ali Saif, Deputy Director of the Office of the Presidency of the Republic, Fahd Al-Ezzi, and Al-Bayda Governor, Abdullah Idris, to an explanation of the project, which contains in its first phase 30 beds, 20 dialysis machines, an intensive care unit, laboratories, a reception hall, and other accessories, funded by philanthropists.

Muftah and Al-Madani praised the efforts made by the medical staff at the center and their keenness to provide services to patients, and appreciated the community efforts in equipping the center that receives patients from the governorate and neighboring governorates.

They expressed their pride in the efforts of the supporters, contributors and those in charge of the charitable project, and their sense of religious and humanitarian responsibility in alleviating the suffering of patients.

For his part, the Minister of Health and Environment praised the role that the center will play in receiving patients and providing them with care, which contributes to alleviating the suffering of traveling for treatment outside the governorate.. calling on businessmen to adopt such humanitarian projects to alleviate the suffering of patients.

He stressed the readiness of the Ministry of Health to cooperate with the center in coordination with the local authority in the governorate.

They were accompanied by Deputy Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Water Resources Ibrahim Al-Madani, Chairman of the General Authority for Roads and Bridges Eng. Abdulrahman Al-Hadrami, Undersecretaries of the Ministry of Administration and Local and Rural Development Ammar Al-Hareb, Governor of Al-Bayda Abdullah Al-Jamali, President of Al-Bayda University Dr. Ahmed Al-Arami, and Head of the Central Interventions Unit Shihab Al-Shami.
