Miftah discusses coordination aspects to complete implementation of the emergency plan

An expanded meeting chaired by First Deputy Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed Miftah today discussed coordination aspects between various ministries and government agencies to complete the implementation of the emergency plan.
The meeting, which included Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Administration and Local Development Mohammed Al-Madani, Minister of Transport and Public Works Mohammed Qahim, Minister of Economy, Industry and Investment Eng.
Moeen Al-Mahaqri, Minister of Oil and Minerals Dr. Abdullah Al-Amir, Minister of Electricity, Energy and Water Dr. Ali Saif, Deputy Minister of Health and Environment Dr. Nasher Al-Qaoud, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology for Technical Affairs Taha Zabarah, and a number of stakeholders, addressed the progress of the emergency plan implementation and the successes achieved in this regard.
In the meeting, the First Deputy Prime Minister emphasized the importance of proceeding with the plan to confront any emergency through coordination and cooperation among all relevant agencies to ensure a rapid response to any tasks. He pointed out that the emergency plan implemented by all state institutions is a necessity in light of the aggression and blockade the country is facing, and the targeting of the Yemeni people’s resources.
The meeting emphasized the importance of integrating the roles of all concerned parties, harnessing all available capabilities, and ensuring they are fully prepared to carry out any emergency tasks. He emphasized the need to work in accordance with the approved mechanisms, which define the responsibilities and mandates of each entity, thus contributing to improving and developing performance.
For their part, the ministers and representatives of the relevant authorities emphasized their commitment to harnessing all capabilities and ensuring the implementation of various required tasks and activities in light of the aggression and blockade the country is facing.
