Ministry of Transport and Public Works honors, pays farewell for ex- Minister Al-Durra

Today, the Ministry of Transport and Public Works organized a ceremony honoring and farewelling former Minister of Transport Abdul Wahab Yahya Al-Durra, in recognition of his efforts during his leadership of the Ministry and its affiliated bodies and institutions.
During the ceremony, Minister of Transport and Public Works Muhammad Qahim handed over a shield of loyalty and a certificate of appreciation to former Minister Al-Durrah.
He praised the national efforts of the former minister in developing the work of the ministry and its affiliated bodies and institutions, and achieved tangible achievements for the transportation sector despite the aggression and siege.
Minister Qahim stressed that the Government of Change and Construction was established in order to meet the needs of the Yemeni citizen steadfast in the face of aggression… pointing to the importance of cooperation and working as a single team to achieve more successes.
For his part, former Minister Al-Durra expressed gratitude for this honor, calling on the leadership of the Ministry and its affiliated bodies and institutions to continue efforts to enhance the development of the various transportation sectors.
He stressed the need to complete the projects under implementation and the projects that have not been implemented in ports and airports, especially Sanaa International Airport.
The heads of the civil aviation authorities, Yahya Al-Sayani, and the organization of land transport affairs, Dr. Ibrahim Al-Muayyad, and the Yemeni Red Sea Ports Corporation, Zaid Al-Washli, also honored the former Minister of Transport, Abdul-Wahab Al-Durrah, with a shield of loyalty and certificates of appreciation.
