President Al-Mashat Honors the Family of the Martyr of the Quran, Sayyid Hussein Badr al-Din al-Houthi
His Excellency Field Marshal Mahdi al-Mashat, President of the Supreme Political Council and Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, honored today the family of the Martyr of the Quran, Sayyid Hussein Badr al-Din al-Houthi, on the anniversary of his martyrdom.
During his visit to the family of the Martyr of the Quran, His Excellency praised the rare qualities and courage of the martyred leader in confronting the forces of tyranny and global arrogance, namely America and Israel, and in defending the causes of the nation and supporting the oppressed.
He said, “We have witnessed the fruits of the martyred leader and the Quranic project today in the faith-based awakening of the dear Yemeni people and their enduring stances in supporting the Palestinian cause, backing Gaza, and confronting American and Israeli tyranny.” He added, “Today we say to the martyr of the Quran, your blood has borne fruit in victory, your efforts have culminated in awareness and insight, and events and time have proven the extent of the nation’s need for you and for the Quranic project you launched during a critical period in the nation’s history, enabling it today to confront the Zionist and American hegemonic projects.”
President Al-Mashat pointed out that the martyred leader, through the Quranic project, was able to expose the enemies’ conspiracies and schemes against the nation, explaining that the Quranic movement project offered solutions and visions that build the nation and qualify it to overcome all the challenges and dangers targeting it.
He reiterated the leadership’s concern for the family of the martyred leader and all the martyrs of the nation who wrote the greatest epics of heroism in jihad for the sake of God and in defense of the homeland and the people, confronting the alliance of American and Zionist aggression and its tools in the region, and following the methodology and path of the martyr of the Quran.
