President Al-Mashat Offers Condolences on the Death of President Ali Salem Al-Beidh

His Excellency Field Marshal Mahdi Al-Mashat, President of the Supreme Political Council, sent a cable of condolences on the death of former Yemeni Vice President Ali Salem Al-Beidh, who passed away at the age of 90.
In his message of condolence to the deceased’s sons and family, His Excellency praised the late president’s virtues and his prominent national and revolutionary roles, noting his honorable role in the struggle against the British occupation, which ultimately led to the achievement of national independence.
He also commended the pivotal role played by President Ali Salem Al-Beidh in the reunification of Yemen in 1990.
President Al-Mashat expressed his deepest condolences and heartfelt sympathy to the family of the deceased, praying to God Almighty to grant him His mercy and forgiveness, admit him to Paradise, and grant his family, loved ones, and friends patience and solace.
“Indeed, we belong to God, and indeed, to Him we will return.”
