Prime Minister Inspects Work Discipline at the Ministry of Transport and Public Works

During his visit today to the Ministry of Transport and Public Works, accompanied by the Minister of Civil Service and Administrative Development, Dr. Khaled Al-Hawali, Prime Minister Ahmed Ghaleb Al-Rahwi reviewed the level of work discipline at the ministry on the first day of work following the Eid al-Adha holiday.

During his visit to the Ministry of Transport and Public Works and meeting with Minister Mohammed Qahim, the ministry’s undersecretaries, heads of its affiliated units, and general managers, the Prime Minister praised the level of attendance at this major institutional institution, which embodies awareness and a sense of responsibility and duty towards public service.

He noted that the leaders and employees of the state’s administrative apparatus continue to perform their duties despite the aggression and blockade and their ongoing repercussions on various aspects of daily life.

He pointed out that the government is working to transform the contents of the speech of the Leader of the Revolution, Sayyid Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, on the occasion of the Day of Wilayah, and the important speeches and directives that preceded it, into a work plan.

Al-Rahwi emphasized that addressing the cumulative challenges and problems in the administrative apparatus requires the concerted efforts of everyone in their respective fields, proceeding gradually and according to clear systematic plans.

He emphasized the need to complete the project to automate administrative and service work in this vast sector, keeping pace with the times and its modern technologies, and to continuously evaluate the overall performance of the staff to improve and develop the level of work and achievement.

He considered the Ministry’s adoption of automated performance tracking and evaluation an important step for this vital service and economic sector, praising the efforts of the Ministry of Transport and Public Works to mitigate the repercussions of the Zionist aggression on their vital facilities in Al Hudaydah Governorate.

Al-Rahwi affirmed that the Government of Change and Construction will continue to repair what was destroyed by the American, Israeli, and British enemies, while simultaneously continuing to support the resistance in Gaza and alongside the Islamic Republic of Iran, which has been subjected to blatant aggression by the enemy entity.

The Prime Minister expressed confidence in the ability of the Islamic Republic of Iran, which possesses a great cultural and humanitarian legacy, to defend itself and inflict a crushing defeat on the arrogant enemy.

He explained that savage imperialism creates its own end and is undoubtedly destined to disappear, just as oppressive empires before it disappeared.

In his speech, the Prime Minister emphasized the Islamic Republic of Iran’s right to defend itself against the treacherous and criminal Zionist aggression against its territory. He praised the level of painful missile strikes carried out by the Iranian armed forces against the usurping Zionist enemy and their success in destroying a large number of vital sites and facilities. He stated that the claims promoted by the Zionist enemy and its Arab media outlets regarding the targeting of Chief of Staff Major General Mohammed Abdul Karim Al-Ghubari are baseless and false.

He considered the defense of the Israeli enemy, its daily crimes against the Palestinian people, and its clear aggression against Iran by the sons of the nation unacceptable and unjustifiable.

He denounced the terminology that some who are considered part of the nation continue to repeat, as it serves the Zionist enemy. He praised the free people of the nation and the world who mobilized with humanitarian aid convoys to break the siege imposed on the Gaza Strip, and praised the clear Pakistani position expressed by the Pakistani Defense Minister in standing with sisterly Iran in confronting the Zionist aggression.

He congratulated the reopening of the Dhalea road to travelers to and from Sana’a, Aden, and the rest of the governorates, describing it as an important step for citizens and facilitating their movement back and forth.

For his part, the Minister of Civil Service and Administrative Development, Dr. Al-Hawali, expressed his appreciation for the Prime Minister’s keenness to inspect the level of job discipline in public service units.

He emphasized that the Ministry has a unified human resources system, a comprehensive system consisting of 16 components, four of which are currently operational, while work is underway to activate the others. He noted that the unified human resources system eliminates many traditional routine procedures and provides daily feedback regarding the overall employee status.

Minister Al-Hawali explained that among the most important advantages of the unified human resources system are the issuance of comprehensive and timely daily reports on the level of job discipline, oversight and evaluation of employee and staff performance, as well as the issuance of payrolls, employee self-service, and other services and facilities in public service units.

He praised the public service units that have linked to the unified human resources system, calling on other ministries, agencies, and institutions that have lagged behind to quickly link to the system and implement it.

Minister of Transport and Public Works Qahim reviewed indicators of the level of job discipline in the Ministry and its affiliated units.
He pointed out that employee discipline reflects their awareness and sense of responsibility, especially in light of the current situation the country is experiencing.

He affirmed the commitment of all employees and their presence at their workplaces, noting that the Ministry, in coordination with the Ministry of Civil Service, is proceeding to complete the networking project and automate work within the Ministry and its affiliated units, to simplify procedures and improve the level of work, achievement, and timely evaluation of the performance of employees.

The Minister of Transport and Public Works also met with leaders of the Ministry and its affiliated entities, exchanging Eid al-Adha greetings and congratulations.

The meeting reviewed the most important work carried out in the previous phase and the results of maintenance work following the Israeli enemy’s targeting of civilian facilities and objects affiliated with the Ministry of Transport and Public Works.
