Qahim and Al -Hadi inspect a number of projects in Sanaa Governorate

The Minister of Transport and Public Works, Muhammad Ayash Qahim, and the Governor of Sanaa Abdel Baset Al -Hadi, visited today a number of projects in the governorate.
And they reviewed, with the governor of the Governorate for Technical Affairs, Engineer Saleh Al -Muntasir, on the progress of work in the project of the cleaning and improvement fund building in the governorate, which is held on an area of 540 square meters, at a cost of 331 million riyals, with self -financing.
They listened to those in charge of the project to an explanation of the nature of the work in the project consisting of a basement and two floors, in addition to a special situation in cars and equipment, and two main and and and branches, noting that the completion rate in the project reached 90 percent.
They also looked at the progress of work in the project of the public works building in the governorate, which is implemented by the Military Works Department by financing the local authority at a cost of 489 million and 625 thousand riyals, on an area of 995 square meters, and it consists of a basement and three roles in the first stage, out of the total area of four thousand and 444 A square meter.
Qahim, Al -Hadi and Al -Muntasir, from the project engineers and those responsible for it, listened to an explanation about the implementation of the work and the level of completion, which amounted to 11 percent.
To that, the Minister of Transport and Works and the Governor of Sana’a inspected the progress of work in the project of the government complex building for Sana’a Governorate, which is implemented by the financing of the local authority in the governorate, at an estimated cost of three billion and 423 million riyals.
Where it consists of a main building, from eight floors in addition to the basement, with an area of 13 thousand and 900 square meters and superficial planning with an area of six thousand and 270 square meters, a meeting hall and metal facilities with an area of 675 square meters and the bond of concrete parking, in addition to building a fence with a length of 360 meters longitudinal and accessories from two dorps Security rooms, guarding and room service rooms and a major gate.
They listened to the project engineers to an explanation of the level of work implemented in the project and the completion rate in it reached 62 percent.
During the visits, Minister Qahim confirmed that the Sana’a Governorate was deprived of infrastructure projects and the people of the province suffered from deprivation throughout the past years.
He noted the efforts of the leadership of the local authority in the governorate and its keenness to implement the directives of the leader of the revolution and the head of the Supreme Political Council in bringing about real change and the advancement of the reality of development in various sectors.
While the governor of Sanaa affirmed the local authority’s keenness to complete the infrastructure projects of the executive offices, and in a way that contributes to ending problems, difficulties and accumulations in the administrative and technical side of the governorate.
He urged more efforts to complete projects and complete them in accordance with engineering and technical specifications and standards, and the specified time period.
They were accompanied by the consultant to the governorate, Abdullah Al -Murtada, Abdul Rahman Al -Sarraji, the Director of the Hygiene and Improvement Fund in the governorate, Fahd Attia, and the new Sana’a Directorate, Abdullah Al -Marouni.
