Review of the progress of the restoration work on the Helena-Shahk Road in Sanhan, Sana’a Governorate

 

Sana’a Deputy Governor for Technical Affairs, Engineer Saleh Al-Muntaser, reviewed today the progress of the asphalt restoration work on the Helena-Wadi Al-Ajbar-Shahk Road, which is being implemented by the governorate’s Executive Unit under the supervision of the governorate’s Public Works Sector.

Al-Muntaser, along with the Director of the Governor’s Office, Saddam Al-Fasih, listened to a briefing from the Director of the Governorate’s Public Works Office, Engineer Mohammed Ashiyah, and the Director of the Southern and Eastern Sectors in the Executive Unit, Engineer Adel Al-Sayani, on the maintenance work being carried out, which includes repairing cracks and potholes and applying the necessary treatments to the asphalt surface, funded by the local authority.

He explained that work on the project is being implemented on a total area of ​​2,500 square meters, at a cost of 41 million riyals.

During the visit, Al-Muntasir and Al-Fasih praised the efforts made to maintain the main road, which is a major artery in Sana’a Governorate and serves several districts.

They emphasized the importance of the work being carried out to preserve the main road and urged redoubled efforts to complete the work according to the required specifications, quality, and timeframe.

He was accompanied during the visit by Project Supervisor Engineer Abdullah Ghasham, Project Engineer from the Executive Unit Engineer Taha Al-Dhaifani, and a number of engineers and specialists.
