The Vice President of the Yemeni Red Sea Ports Corporation, Nasr Al-Nusairi, reviewed today the technical equipment and final arrangements for launching the automated secretarial system through the public service window at the corporation.
Al-Nusairi listened from the specialists in the Information Systems Department to an explanation of the mechanism for training employees to use the system, the steps for entering data and other skills, and its importance in facilitating work and speeding up the completion of tasks, which improves the level of performance in the secretarial work and public service at the corporation.
Al-Nusairi stressed that implementing this system in its first phase and the rest of the systems that the corporation needs in the next phase will limit the accumulation of transactions and monitor their level of completion first hand without delay, which meets the service of citizens, shipping companies and traders, and saves time and effort.
He urged the institution’s employees to benefit from the application of such digital programmes, keep pace with the process of change, modernisation and development in the institution’s work and tasks, and move from manual work to electronic systems.
