Sana’a workshop on simplifying procedures and developing services

The ministries of transport and public works, local and rural development and development organized a workshop on “developing services and simplifying procedures for service seekers and taxpayers”, within the framework of government efforts to enhance the efficiency of institutional performance and improve the quality of services provided to citizens.
In the workshop, the Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Administration and Local Development and Rawaliya Mohamed Al -Madani confirmed that the workshop comes in the context of government trends aimed at modernizing the administrative apparatus and developing the level of services, in a way that meets the needs of citizens and keeps pace with modern technical and administrative transformations.
He pointed out in the workshop, which was attended by the Ministers of Transport and Public Works, Muhammad Qahim, oil and minerals, Dr. Abdullah Al -Amir, Justice and Human Rights Judge Mujahid Abdullah, Culture and Tourism Dr. Ali Al -Yafii, the President of the General Authority of Endowments, the scholar Abdul Majeed Al -Houthi, the Secretary of the Capital Dr. Hammoud Abbad, and the Governor of Sanaa Abdul Basit Al -Hadi, indicated that simplifying procedures and developing services are a priority for the government of change and construction, as they are effective tools To alleviate the suffering of citizens, and achieve the qualitative shift in institutional work.
He stressed the importance of going towards comprehensive automation, taking advantage of modern technology to facilitate government transactions, saving time and effort on the citizen, and enhancing the principle of transparency and accountability.
Al -Madani explained that Yemen is facing an Israeli aggression today, because of its fixed and honorable stances in supporting the Palestinian people and their valiant resistance, which necessitates the continuation of the national and administrative work in a merit despite the challenges, and adhere to the faith and humanitarian position embodied by the revolutionary leadership.
He also stressed that the Yemeni people and their free leadership, represented by the leader of the revolution, Mr. Abdul -Malik Badr al -Din al -Houthi, continued in their fixed position on the Palestinian issue, based on religious, moral and humanitarian responsibility in supporting the weak of the nation.
For their part, the ministers of transport, public works, oil, minerals, justice and human rights stressed the importance of this workshop in enhancing the quality of government services, and facilitating the procedures for citizens to obtain their rights with ease and ease.
They pointed out that spreading the culture of electronic work and activating the unified window of services will have a significant impact in facilitating citizens’ work, stimulating economic activity, and accelerating the pace of national development.
During the workshop, the Services Development Team reviewed a number of axes related to the concepts of simplifying procedures, developing institutional performance, time shortening mechanisms, achieving transparency, and reducing administrative complications in front of the beneficiaries.
Participants emphasized that simplifying the procedures is based on a comprehensive review of the current systems, identifying palaces points, and building development plans that depend on flexible and automated systems that are easy to use, and with modern and safe technologies.
The workshop came out with a number of recommendations, most notably the speedy implementation of automation programs and electronic windows, preparing a unified guide for government procedures and training administrative cadres on modern technical systems.
The workshop was attended by Deputy Minister of the Interior, Major General Abdel -Majid Al -Murtada, Al -Malia Nasser Al -Hamdani, and a number of ministries and specialists.
