The conclusion of the ninth training course on the application of the Code of Career at the Institute of Administrative Sciences

the ninth training course was concluded on the application of the Code of Career and Labor Ethics organized by the Ministry of Civil Service at the National Institute of Administrative Sciences. For five days, the course targeted trainees, who represented the ministries of higher education, local administration, communications, public works, roads, transport, industry, and the General Authority for Science, Technology and Innovation. In conclusion, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Civil Service for the Supervision and Performance Assessment Sector, Abdullah Haider, explained that these courses come within the framework of a system of training programs within projects targeting the administrative sector of the state and improving job performance in public service units.

In the conclusion, which was attended by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Transport, Adel Al -Madani, he praised the participants in this session who expressed enthusiasm and great interaction with its program, stressing that their task is difficult to be on an administrative battle to correct the status quo in government institutions.

He said, “We are counting on the blog training teams a lot in making a qualitative shift in performance and behavior in their facilities that they work, especially in light of the fundamental changes launched by the leader of the revolution, which will have a major role that leads to the advancement of institutional and service work to better levels.” For his part, Deputy Dean of the National Institute for Administrative Sciences for Academic Affairs, Dr. Shaker Al -Shayef, indicated that the blog contributes, along with legislation, to defining the tasks and duties of the employee through a set of behavioral values that he must show in his work, which enables him to carry out his responsibilities with honesty, sincerity and mastery.



He pointed out that the trainees who represent the training teams to implement the blog in public facilities and institutions are concerned with changing the concept of the public job from a site for gain and wealth to a source to satisfy God and serve the citizen. While the trainee Muhammad al -Sanhani, in the speech of the participants, appreciated all the efforts that contributed to the success of the session, which had a great impact in providing them with knowledge and theoretical and applied skills on everything related to the code of job behavior and work ethics.

He stressed that the trainees will spare no effort in implementing what was stated in the contents of the blog and its reversal on the practical reality, both on his part. In conclusion, in the presence of the directors of the general training, rehabilitation, relations and control of the quality of performance at the Ministry of Civil Service, Muhammad Al -Fahani, Muhammad Radman, Abdul -Malik Al -Shahri, Deputy Dean of the Institute for Training Affairs, Nawal Al -Haddad, and the institute’s planning official, Abdul Hakim Sufyan and representatives of the participating authorities, the participants were honored with certificates.
