The Government of Change and Construction issued a statement regarding the announcement of a ceasefire in Gaza, as follows:

The Government of Change and Construction followed the developments of events and the Israeli enemy’s compulsion to go to a ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip, after its disastrous failure, from which it only reaped the consecration of its criminal image in the eyes of the entire world, which becomes more hideous with each new attack on the Palestinian people, as it reveals the prevailing criminal mentality among them.
The Yemeni government salutes the dear Palestinian people who fought a historic jihad epic during which they wrote legendary steadfastness in defending their right, dignity, and the Palestinian cause in the face of the unprecedented barbaric Israeli-American-British aggression.

It praises the Palestinian resistance, which has proven that it is invincible. It appreciates the efforts and sacrifices of the Islamic Resistance in various arenas of jihad, especially the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon, which supported Gaza with all its strength, offering great sacrifices in defense of the Palestinian cause. It also salutes the Islamic Resistance in Iraq, and all the peoples, countries and organizations that participated in supporting the Palestinian people.

As the Government of Change and Construction extends its thanks and praise to God Almighty for enabling the Yemeni people to perform their jihadist duty in this round under the banner of the wise and brave leader Sayyed Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi (may God Almighty protect him), it confirms that the official Yemeni position that the Supreme Political Council has committed to expressing the popular position will remain steadfast in supporting the Palestinian people during any upcoming round of conflict with the Israeli enemy and the American enemy.

The government warns America, Britain, the Zionist entity and all enemies of Yemen and those who conspire against it against any retaliatory positions to attack our dear Yemeni people in any way, as any of that will be confronted with strength and firmness.

It calls on the nation to realize the seriousness of the stage and to assume its duty in bearing responsibility and taking practical action to repel dangers from it and defend the Palestinian cause.

It also calls on the international community to assume its moral and humanitarian responsibilities in pressuring the Zionist entity to end its occupation of Palestine and respect the rights of the Palestinian people.
