The head of land transport and the general director of traffic are on a field trip to control the traffickers by sorting and itineraries in the capital’s secretariat

The head of the General Authority for Regulating Land Transport Affairs, Ibrahim Al-Moayyed, the Director General of the Traffic Police, Brigadier General Bakil Al-Barashy, and Colonel Ahmed Al-Qahoum, the Director of Al-Amanah Traffic, carried out a field trip to the Bab Al-Yemen section and the itineraries in the Capital Sana’a.
In the field visit, Al-Moayad, Al-Barashy and Al-Qahoum listened to the drivers and the problems they face in sorting, including the presence of some thieves and their taking royalties illegally and arbitrarily for each trip of transport vehicles between the governorates.
Al-Moayyed confirmed in a statement that the Public Authority for Regulating Land Transport Affairs will never allow such actions and practices by the slanderers against drivers in sorting…..
The Transport Authority will work in cooperation with the traffic police to deter those who tempt themselves to practice such illegal practices and behaviors.
And the head of the Land Transport Authority called on the drivers to report any presence of those who were crushed in any sorting on the toll-free number of the Land Transport Authority 8000007.
For his part, Brigadier General Al-Barashi indicated that the traffic police were assigned to be present in the sorting process to control and deter those who were vandalized, and to organize the sorting work and the itineraries on a regular basis in accordance with the law and order in the capital’s secretariat.
They were accompanied by the Director of the Municipality’s Traffic, Colonel Ahmed Al-Qahoum, the Director General of the Transportation Authority in the Municipality, Muhammad Al-Shahari, the Deputy Director General of the Transportation in the Municipality, Numan Al-Darwani, and Major Ammar Al-Tabib, Director of the Freedom Department.
