The Minister of Transport and Public Works congratulates on the occasion of International Workers’ Day
The Minister of Transport and Public Works, Major General Mohammed Ayash Qahim, congratulated of the Ministry of Transport and Public Works and its affiliated bodies, institutions, companies, and funds on the occasion of International Workers’ Day, which falls on May 1 of each year.
The Minister of Transport and Public Works expressed his warmest congratulations and blessings to workers in general, both male and female, across all governorates of the Republic, and to employees affiliated with the Ministry of Transport and Public Works in particular, on this international occasion celebrated by workers worldwide. He noted their steadfastness and dedication, which were not intimidated by the threats and crimes of the Zionist-American aggression.
Qahim emphasized the importance of this occasion in the process of development, construction, reconstruction, and growth in various fields, especially the economic field. Major General Qahim emphasized the pivotal role played by Yemeni workers across all sectors, including the transportation and public works sector, which has achieved significant accomplishments, despite the aggression’s attempts to undermine and paralyze its progress for more than ten years.
He also reiterated his praise for the legendary steadfastness and resilience of the workers in the Ministry of Transport and Public Works and its affiliated bodies and institutions, their support for their wise leadership, and their endorsement of all the wise decisions taken in the face of the forces of global arrogance.
He hoped and prayed to God Almighty that this occasion would return with God granting the workers of the Republic of Yemen and the Yemeni people in general the victory of the just cause of the homeland, with the defeat of the Zionist enemy and the restoration of the rights of the brotherly Palestinian people.
