The Minister of Transport stresses the importance of partnership with the Anti-Corruption Commission

A source in the Russian aircraft industry said today, Sunday, that the implementation date of the first flight of the new Russian passenger plane “Il-114-300” was decided on December 18.
The source added to “Novosti Agency” that the date of the first ascent of the new plane in the air “may change after analyzing the data obtained during the test of the plane, and after the results of a meeting of a competent body to be held mid-December.
Russia’s United Aircraft Corporation declined to comment on this news.
Earlier, the “Il-114-300” made several high-speed tours along the runway of Zhukovsky International Airport on the outskirts of Moscow.
The Il-114-300 is a purely Russian-produced passenger aircraft, an upgraded version of the Il-114, designed to carry out inter-regional flights mainly within Russia. The aircraft is equipped with Russian-made “TV 7-117-ST-01” turboprop engines, and is capable of carrying 68 passengers at a distance of 1.9 thousand kilometers.
An important feature of the new plane is its ability to use short, unpaved or even icy runways, as is the case in the Arctic regions, and it can also use well-equipped airports
