The Ministry of Transport and Public Works condemns the Israeli aggression on Hodeidah

The Ministry of Transport and Public Works has condemned – in the most severe expressions – the blatant Israeli aggression on the port of Hodeidah, the port of Ras Issa, and the two electricity stations in the “Al -Hudayla” and “Ras Dakhib” areas in a governorate.
The Ministry of Transport and Public Works considered the brutal Israeli aggression against Al -Hodeidah Governorate a flagrant violation of international covenants and laws, which guarantee the protection of civil infrastructure, and that it represents a clear attempt to deepen the suffering of the Yemeni people by targeting vital facilities that serve millions of citizens.
The statement pointed out that targeting the ports, which are a vital artery for the passage of humanitarian aid and goods, and power plants that provide energy to civilians, is only a war crime added to the record of continuous Israeli crimes in the region.
He explained that targeting the vital infrastructure in Al -Hodeidah by the Israeli enemy is a desperate attempt to undermine the decision of the Yemeni people in support of the resistance in Gaza and Palestine, which it declares – with clarity – in its weekends.
The statement pointed out that these cowardly aggressive actions will not undermine the determination and will of the proud Yemeni people, nor will it retract their initial positions on the issue of the central nation of Palestine.
He called on all international and humanitarian organizations to assume their responsibilities in condemning this barbaric aggression, and taking immediate measures to stop repeated Israeli violations against the Yemeni people and their civil capabilities.
