The Ministry of Transport and Public Works has designated Tuesday of each week as an open day to receive citizens’ complaints and grievances

The General Office of the Ministry of Transport and Public Works announced that Tuesday of each week will be designated as an open day to receive citizens’ complaints and grievances.
This is part of efforts to enhance transparency and activate direct communication channels between citizens and officials in the transport and public works sectors.
An official source in the ministry explained that this measure comes in response to the directives of the revolutionary and political leadership aimed at facilitating services and alleviating citizens’ suffering. He noted that the direct meetings will be held at the ministry building in the capital, Sana’a, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
The source confirmed that all complaints and grievances received will receive attention and follow-up by the competent authorities in the ministry, and the necessary measures will be taken to address them in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
The Ministry called on citizens to take advantage of this open day and engage positively by submitting their complaints and comments in a way that serves the public interest, contributes to developing institutional performance, and enhances the level of services provided in the transportation and public works sectors.
Citizen complaints and grievances will be received tomorrow, Tuesday, at the Ministry’s Public Works Sector building in Nuqum. The location will be determined in the coming weeks through the Ministry’s operations and contact via the toll-free number 8000045.
