The Yemeni Red Sea Ports Corporation condemns the re -targeting of the Israeli enemy of Al -Hodeidah and Ras Essa ports

The Yemeni Red Sea Ports Corporation condemns the strongest terms to target the Zionist aggression of Al -Hodeidah and Ras Essa’s ports this evening, and damage to their vital facilities, which was caused by a martyr and a number of the injured.
The Foundation denounces the international silence towards the Israeli enemy’s persistence in targeting and bombing the vital ports of the Foundation again in a clear breach of international law and its covenants that criminalize the targeting of civilian notables that people are indispensable for, such as the ports and call for preservation.
The Foundation considers that the systematic Israeli enemy entity to bomb the port of Hodeidah, the service facilities operating in it and the port of Ras Essa, is a war crime that should not be tolerated, indicating that these ports are still suffering from the repercussions of the previous raids that resulted in the destruction of bridges, and damage to the infrastructure by sidewalks Al -Hodeidah Port Squares.
The United Nations Foundation and the relevant organizations hold full responsibility as a result of its silence and its lack of condemnation of this systematic criminal bombardment of the institution’s ports, which results in humanitarian repercussions and an increase in the suffering of the Yemeni people.
The Foundation expresses its disapproval towards the violations that the institution’s ports are exposed to, an extension of the bombing and destruction it suffered during the past years, in addition to the siege and illegal restrictions imposed on ports activity.
The Foundation asserts that this targeting will not discourage its ports from providing its services to all ships loaded with goods and oil derivatives that it goes to as the main artery that the Yemeni people are indispensable for.
The Foundation warns of the seriousness of these violations, and the threat it represents on the interests of the Yemeni people, asking the United Nations and its organizations to assume its responsibilities towards these threats and violations, and protecting port services according to what is stipulated in the international humanitarian law and the customary covenants, including the four Geneva Conventions, and attached protocols In it, which criminalizes the targeting of vital facilities and civilian notables.
