Training Program for Medical Staff at Hodeidah Port Concludes

The Hodeidah Port Medical Emergency Center concluded a training program for its medical and technical staff.
The nine-day program, conducted in cooperation with Medical Professional for Health Project Management and Planning and Al-Shifa College of Medical and Technical Sciences in the governorate, aimed to enhance the skills of the medical and technical staff in handling emergency and critical cases and improve rapid response capabilities, thereby contributing to better ambulance and medical care services at the port.
At the closing ceremony, Nasr Al-Nusairi, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Red Sea Ports Corporation, explained that the program reflects the corporation’s commitment to developing the health system at its ports, keeping pace with operational needs and ensuring the provision of effective ambulance services to Hodeidah Port users and employees.
He pointed out that the organization is working on implementing an ongoing training plan targeting various medical and technical specialties, contributing to enhancing the capabilities of national personnel and raising their readiness to deal with various types of emergencies and critical cases both inside and outside the port.
Al-Nassiri emphasized the commitment to expanding partnerships and coordination with specialized health and academic institutions, including medical colleges, health institutes, and healthcare project management companies, to ensure the implementation of high-quality training programs according to the latest medical standards and practices.
In conclusion, Dr. Mansour Al-Osaimi, Dean of Al-Shifa College of Medical Sciences, representatives of Medical Professional Company, and program participants were honored with certificates of appreciation.
