Yemen Airways Leadership Visits the Tombs of Martyrs Al-Sammad, Al-Rahawi, and Al-Ghamari
The leadership of Yemen Airways visited today the tombs of Martyr President Saleh Al-Sammad, Martyr Prime Minister Ahmed Al-Rahawi and his fellow ministers, and Chief of Staff Lieutenant General Mohammed Al-Ghamari.
The Acting Chairman of the Board of Directors, Khalil Jahaf, along with a number of general managers and employees, laid wreaths on the tombs of President Al-Sammad, the Prime Minister and his fellow ministers, and the Chief of Staff, and recited the Fatiha (the opening chapter of the Quran) for their souls and for all the martyrs of the nation who fell in the battles of steadfastness and heroism.
The visitors toured the Martyr Al-Sammad Exhibition, viewing the photographs and personal belongings that document his life of dedicated service and embody his national concerns and his developmental project for building the state. They affirmed that the visit aimed to draw inspiration from the spirit of sacrifice embodied by the martyr al-Samad, who laid the foundations for building the modern Yemeni state through his “One Hand Protects, One Hand Builds” project.
They pointed out that the pride, dignity, and liberation Yemen enjoys today from foreign dependency are the fruits of the martyrs’ blood and sacrifices in defending the homeland under wise leadership.
