A meeting chaired by the Prime Minister approves a plan to commemorate the martyr’s anniversary

 

An expanded meeting chaired by the Prime Minister, Dr. Abdulaziz  Salah bin Habtoor, approved the draft comprehensive plan to commemorate the anniversary of the martyr 1443 AH.

In the meeting, which included the President of the Supreme Judicial Council, Judge Ahmed Al-Mutawakel, the Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Abdul Salam Hashoul, the Deputy Prime Minister for Security and Defense Affairs, Lieutenant-General Jalal Al-Ruwaishan, the head of the Supreme Commission for Oversight of Tenders and Auctions, Eng. Abdul-Malik Al-Arashi, and the Chairman of the Grievances Board, Judge Dr. Abdul-Malik Al-Aghbari, Al-Fatihah was read on the souls of the martyrs of the homeland, whose souls rose to its Creator, as they confronted the oppressive aggressor and his mercenaries, in defense of the homeland.

The meeting confirmed that the martyrs made glory for Yemen with their blood, whose sons are marching in confident steps – thanks to God, then through the sacrifices of the army, the popular committees and the free people of the tribes, and their steadfastness, steadfastness and patience towards victory and getting rid of forms of guardianship.

The meeting, in which the Ministers of Works, Ghaleb Mutlaq, Culture, Abdullah Al-Kibsi, Health, Dr. Taha Al-Mutawakel, Guidance Najib Al-Aji, and Transportation Amer Al-Marani, discussed the draft plan presented by the Government of National Salvation, enriching it with many valuable observations.

The plan includes the various central rhetorical events headed by the government and the constitutional and subsidiary institutions, which will be organized in various ministries and government agencies, and at the local level in the capital secretariat and the governorates.

The plan also includes honoring the families and children of the martyrs, and organizing seminars related to the occasion, to highlight the shrine of the martyr who sacrificed himself, so that the homeland may enjoy dignity, security and stability, and to remind the heroic exploits of the martyrs, and celebrations accompanying the occasion, expressing its importance and status, whether at the official or popular level, and so on. Among the tasks related to the occasion, such as visiting Riyadh Al-Shuhada in the secretariat, governorates and directorates.

The General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers was directed to prepare a chronic coordinating executive program to commemorate the occasion in a manner that befits the greatness and sacrifices of the martyrs, by making use of the mechanism used in organizing and coordinating the celebrations of the Prophet’s birthday.

Emphasis was placed on the commitment to honor all the families of the martyrs in the official headquarters of the various authorities, in addition to directing the study of raising the institutional level of the Martyrs’ Families Care Authority to enhance the level of care for this segment in all aspects.

A committee headed by the Deputy Prime Minister for Security and Defense Affairs, with the membership of the Ministries of Defense, Interior and Legal Affairs, was also formed to formulate a draft law to care for the children and families of the martyrs, including the various aspects of care that should be provided to them, provided that the committee submits the draft to the Council of Ministers within a period not exceeding a week. From its date, for discussion and approval, in preparation for sending it to the House of Representatives for discussion, completing legal and constitutional procedures, and issuing it.

Emphasis was placed on the leadership of the Martyrs’ Families Care Foundation to prepare a summary on the challenges facing the institution, and in one way or another affect its ability to fulfill its obligations towards the children and families of the martyrs as required of it, and submit it to the Prime Minister for discussion in an upcoming meeting with the participation of the personalities and parties participating in the meeting, to take The appropriate treatments and decisions specific to the institution in performing its duty towards the families, children and families of the martyrs, as well as the role of official and civil institutions in caring for them and contributing to their care in appreciation of the sacrifices .
