Discuss aspects of cooperation between road transport and traffic police

The chairman of the General Authority for Land Transport Affairs, Walid Al-Wadi’i, discussed with the Director General of Traffic Police, Brigadier Dr. Bakil Al-Barashi, the development of aspects of joint cooperation in the process of organizing transport and itineraries.

In the meeting, attended by a number of directors of transport and traffic police departments, Al-Wadi’i praised the efforts of the traffic police in organizing traffic within the capital’s secretariat and the liberated governorates, and the success of organizational work, programs and joint activities during the last period.

For his part, Brigadier Al-Barashi praised the level of coordination between the traffic police and the authority in the process of organizing transport and in the itineraries, and abiding by traffic laws in sorting and tours.

He valued the support provided by the Transport Authority to the traffic police, indicating that the coming period will witness more joint work in accordance with the agreed plans to develop and organize traffic and land transport.
