Discussing the administrative and technical performance in the Ministry of Transport

A meeting in Sana’a today chaired by Minister of Transport Zakaria Al-Shami discussed aspects related to raising the level of administrative and technical performance in the ministry in accordance with the national vision for building the modern Yemeni state.

The meeting, in the presence of the Ministry’s Undersecretary for Affairs, Finance and Administration, Adel Al-Madani, and the Ministry’s Advisor Ahmed Ma’yad, reviewed the level of task implementation, completion of work and activities implemented by the Ministry within the framework of its annual plan for the current year, job discipline, and assessment of the level of job performance.

The meeting touched on the Ministry’s plans and programs to raise the level of professional and technical capabilities of employees through the implementation of qualifying and training courses, especially those related to the national vision for building the country “the recovery and recovery phase“.

At the meeting, the Minister of Transport stressed the importance of enhancing the administrative and technical performance and developing the organizational structure of the ministry, as contained in the national vision in its first stage and translating the directives of the Supreme Political Council to assess the level of performance through training and qualification of job cadres.

He stressed the need for career discipline to develop the sectors ’work in the ministry … pointing to the importance of updating employee data and working to improve the conditions of contractors.
