Discussing the draft budget preparation for the Yemeni Red Sea Ports Corporation for the year 2022

The committee for preparing the estimated budget for the year 2022 AD at the Yemeni Red Sea Ports Corporation discussed today, Tuesday, 2/21/1443 AH corresponding to 9/28/2021 AD, headed by the Chairman of the Corporation – Chairman of the Committee, Captain Muhammad Abu Bakr Ishaq, the aspects related to preparing the determinants and indicators of the institution’s budget plan and its affiliates.

The meeting, which included the Vice-President of the Corporation – Vice-Chairman of the Committee, Eng. Yahya Abbas Sharaf El-Din, touched on the mechanism for determining the financial ceilings for the next year’s budget, and raising it according to the foundations and rules issued by the Minister of Finance.

In the meeting, Captain Isaac stressed the need to rely on the directives of the Ministry of Finance regarding the preparation of the draft budget.

He stressed the importance that the procedures taken to approve the budget be sound, and that they meet the needs of the institution and its affiliated facilities to improve performance and services provided to its clients.
