A meeting held in Sana’a, chaired by Minister of Transport Zakaria Al-Shami, discussed the ministry’s media plan for the current year and the media training courses.
The meeting, in the presence of the Deputy for Financial and Administrative Affairs, Adel Al-Madani, and the Director General of Relations and Information at the Ministry, Moein Bahjaj, reviewed the problems and obstacles facing the General Administration of Media and Public Relations and the means to solve them, as well as the extent of the response of the public departments of information to the bodies and institutions affiliated with the Ministry in a way that contributes to highlighting and developing the achievements of the Ministry, its bodies and institutions. .
The meeting touched on the outcomes of the first consultative meeting of media and public relations officials, which was held early this month.
The Minister of Transport emphasized the role of the media in highlighting the achievements of the various transport sectors and exposing the crimes of aggression committed by it against the Yemeni people for six years in general and the transport sectors in particular.
And he urged the need to feed the ministry’s website with information and data on land, air and sea transport in order for the media, researchers and those interested in the transport sector to benefit from them.
For his part, he protested against the achievements made last year, strategic projects, activities, events, etc., in addition to future ambitions that contribute to the promotion and development of the various transport sectors.
