Inspection of Job Discipline at Yemenia Airlines, Land Transport, and the Roads and Bridges Corporation

Yahya Al-Sayani, Deputy Minister of Transport and Public Works and Chairman of the General Authority of Civil Aviation and Meteorology, today reviewed the level of job discipline in several sectors of the transport and public works sector, on the second day of official work.

The Deputy Minister of Transport and Public Works, accompanied by a number of officials from the transport and public works sectors and directors of administrative affairs, inspected the progress of work and the extent of employees’ commitment to official working hours at Yemenia Airlines, the Roads and Bridges Corporation, and the Land Transport Corporation.

Al-Sayani emphasized that the visit comes within the framework of the commitment to strengthening the principle of job discipline and improving the level of institutional performance in the transport and public works sectors.

He praised the efforts of the employees and their eagerness to return to their workplaces after the Eid al-Fitr holiday, reflecting a sense of responsibility and national belonging. The Deputy Minister of Transport emphasized the need to redouble efforts to develop and enhance the level of administrative, technical, and professional work, and to advance these vital areas of the transportation and public works industries, especially in light of the challenges facing state institutions. He emphasized that commitment and discipline are essential pillars for implementing service and development plans and programs.
