Launching the training plan for the rehabilitation center at the Yemeni Red Sea Ports Corporation in the port of Hodeidah

The Training and Rehabilitation Center of the Yemeni Red Sea Ports Corporation, Hodeidah Port, launched the training plan for the current year 2022 AD, with a training course in developing administrative and leadership skills for directors of departments in the corporation.

The course, which is attended by 14 trainees and is held over a week, aims to provide department managers with administrative, leadership and executive skills that enable them to solve problems, lead work teams in an innovative way, learn about modern concepts in administrative leadership and communicate effectively with the workforce.

The Director of the Training and Rehabilitation Department at the Corporation, Amin Muhammad Saeed, explained that the past year was full of developing the capabilities and skills of the employees at the Corporation’s ports through the implementation of more than 36 training courses, benefiting 552 trainees, which were organized by the General Administration of Human Resources under the auspices of the Corporation’s leadership.

He pointed out that it varied between technical, administrative and vocational courses based on the keenness of the leadership of the institution to qualify the cadres working in the institution.

He stressed that its implementation comes within the framework of the national vision to build the modern Yemeni state to advance workers in all professional, technical and administrative fields
