Merging the transport office with the branch of the Transport Affairs Regulatory Authority under the pretext

 

Hajjah Governorate launched the process of merging the transport office with the governorate’s branch of the General Authority for Regulating Land Transport Affairs.

The governor of Hajjah Hilal Al-Sufi, during his meeting with the committee in charge of the Ministry of Transport, in the presence of the directors of the Security and Intelligence Branch, Brigadier General Adel Awadah, Finance Abdullah Al-Ahnoumi and Financial Resources, Fahad Al-Habashi, said that the merger will contribute to preventing duplication in the collection of fees and development of resources.

The head of the committee, Abdul Hakim Al-Hakimi, indicated that the aim of the merger is to end the duplication in the collection of fees and the organization of transport affairs.

For his part, Director of the General Authority for Regulating Transportation Affairs in the governorate, Mahmoud Antar, explained that merging the transport office with the authority’s branch would end the imbalances in the transport sector.
