Minister of Legal Affairs meets the President of the Civil Aviation Authority

 

Minister of Legal Affairs, Dr. Ismail Al-Mahaqari, discussed with the Undersecretary of the General Authority for Civil Aviation and Meteorology, Raed Jabal, aspects of coordination and cooperation on reforming and developing the authority’s laws and regulations.

In the meeting, the Minister of Legal Affairs pointed out the importance of strengthening cooperation between the Ministry and the Authority and exchanging expertise and experiences in legal aspects, in a way that contributes to improving and developing the level of performance.

He expressed the ministry’s readiness to provide aid and support to the authority in various aspects, including state issues and direct and indirect damages caused to the aviation sector by the countries of aggression.

Dr. Al-Mahaqri pointed out the ministry’s keenness to adopt training and qualification programs to support state institutions in carrying out their tasks and programs in various fields.

He touched on the efforts of the Ministry of Legal Affairs in developing and reforming laws and regulations related to the work of the various state and government sectors, training and qualifying its legal cadres, and organizing the tasks and actions of pleading in state cases.

For his part, the Undersecretary of the Civil Aviation Authority appreciated the cooperation of the Ministry of Legal Affairs in the process of training, rehabilitation, reform and development of laws and regulations.

The meeting was attended by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Legal Affairs, Judge Adnan Al-Mahatwari
