Ministry of Transport and Public Works Commemorates the Martyr President Al-Samad

The Ministry of Transport and Public Works and its agencies and institutions organized today a speech event on the anniversary of the martyrdom of President Saleh Al-Samad.
In the event, Deputy Prime Minister for Defense and Security Affairs, Lieutenant General Jalal Al-Ruwaishan, stressed the importance of commemorating this anniversary despite the pain it carries for the Yemeni people.. Noting that the martyr Al-Samad presented a unique model of a wise leader who was able to preserve state institutions under exceptional circumstances, in the face of internal and external conspiracies aimed at overthrowing the Quranic project.
He pointed out that the anniversary of the martyrdom of President Al-Samad coincided with the anniversary of the martyr leader Sayyed Hussein Badr Al-Din Al-Houthi.
He stressed that both of them adopted a clear vision for the future of Yemen and its central issue, as the martyr leader announced on World Jerusalem Day that the Yemenis are on their way to Jerusalem, while the martyr Al-Samad confirmed that the Yemeni guns will reach Jerusalem, which was actually embodied through Yemen’s steadfast position in supporting and assisting the Palestinian people by launching ballistic missiles and drones and cutting off maritime navigation in front of Israeli ships.
Al-Ruwaishan pointed out that the prisoner exchange deal in Gaza confirmed that what was taken by force can only be restored by force, and that the power of faith, patience and weapons are the decisive elements in confronting the enemy.
He stressed that the slogan of the martyr Al-Samad “A hand that protects.. and a hand that builds” reflects the role of the Ministry of Transport and Public Works, as one of the entities concerned with developing the basic infrastructure of the state, including airports, ports and roads, a role no less important than the role of the armed forces on the battlefields.
