PM: The existing country, with its long experience and legendary steadfastness, will be present in its national vision

 

the Higher Committee for the Conduct of the National Vision, headed by the Prime Minister, Dr. Abdulaziz Saleh bin Habtoor, participated in the consultative meeting of the Executive Office of the National Vision Management and the executive units in government agencies, which was held today in Sana’a.

 

The meeting comes to determine the level of completion of the first interim plan 2019-2020 AD, as well as the process of preparing the implementation plan for 2021 emanating from the second phase plan 2021-2025 AD.

 

PM delivered a guiding speech affirming that the Supreme Political Council set out general indicators for the idea of ​​the National Vision did not come out of a vacuum, but rather it started from the most important reasons, the most important of which is that the aggression carried a major goal, which is to undermine the state and its institutions and topple them from within.

 

He pointed out the importance of focusing on the issue of intellectual, awareness and educational understanding and promoting the culture of reforms in general, indicating that one of the objectives of the meeting is to deepen understanding of vocabulary and terminology, scrutinize and unify them and remove any confusion related to the process of understanding them.

 

He explained that the vision can only be achieved by a partnership between ministries, government agencies and the private sector, and through solidarity work at the level of the entity as well as between the parties concerned with the implementation process.

 

Dr. Bin Habtoor stressed the need to respect laws and administrative regulations governing work and authority limits and to strengthen institutional work in ministries and institutions.

 

In this regard, he mentioned that the national vision came to confirm the foundations of the institutional building and development of the Yemeni state, considering any violations of the constitution and the law that affirm its continued respect for the leader of the revolution and the head of the Supreme Political Council, actions that harm the state that makes tremendous sacrifices during this crucial period in the life of the Yemeni people.

 

He said, “We must raise the goals of the vision to overcome imbalances and correct any distortions in our administrative path and work to correct what can be corrected to strengthen our position as builders of a state that has withstood this legendary way with limited capabilities.”

 

He added, “The state, with its long experience, will be present with its national vision in all parts of the country,” stressing that the agents and mercenaries of Riyadh and Abu Dhabi cannot think of a vision, a country, or a future because each of them is looking for his personal interest.

 

The Prime Minister pointed out that what happened at Aden airport last Wednesday, a condemned act was settling accounts between agents and mercenaries .. describing this crime as irresponsible and taking the blood of civilians from among the Yemeni people.

 

At the end of his speech, the Prime Minister expressed to the participants in the meeting the payment and the achievement of the set goals.

 

While the Deputy Prime Minister for National Vision Affairs and Head of the Executive Office of the Vision Management Mahmoud Al-Junaid appreciated the efforts of the Chairman of the Supreme Political Council, His Excellency Field Marshal Mahdi Al-Mashat, members of the Council and the advisory team headed by a member of the Supreme Politician Muhammad Saleh Al-Nuaimi and Prime Minister Dr. Abdulaziz bin Habtoor for following up and making the first phase plan of the Vision 2019 successful -2020 m.

 

He praised the role of ministers, heads of government institutions and bodies and the private sector in this aspect, pointing to the efforts of the Executive Office to manage the vision in following up and evaluating the progress of the first phase plan of the national vision, preparing the second phase plan and evaluating the results of the current situation analysis presented by government agencies and the expert group.

 

Al-Junaid stressed the need to comprehend the directives of Mr. Abdul-Malik Badr Al-Din Al-Houthi regarding implementing priorities, unifying plans and paths, and working in an integrated and unified manner, stressing the need to reform institutional and administrative work.

 

He touched on the importance of the consultative meeting of the National Vision Steering Committee for the executive units in ministries, agencies and government agencies, to determine the level of completion of the first phase plan 2019-2020 and the process of preparing the executive plan for 2021.

 

The Deputy Prime Minister for National Vision Affairs also praised the efforts of the Ministry of Local Administration in following up and completing the first interim plan of the vision at the level of local authorities in the governorates, stressing the need to work in a team spirit, unify plans, accommodate community initiatives, and involve the private sector to make the national vision a success.

 

In turn, the head of the Planning Unit at the Executive Office of the Vision Department, Hamdi Al-Sharjabi, reviewed the path and steps of preparing the 2021 plan in accordance with the approved priorities, which included priorities that were raised by the authorities as outputs to analyze the current situation and the results of the workshops.

 

He pointed out that the priorities focused on self-sufficiency, enhancing community cohesion, confronting aggression, and improving services in all areas related to citizens, institutional building, capacity building, automation and networking. They were classified and linked to the strategic axes and objectives of the National Vision.

 

Al Sharjabi pointed to the determinants of preparing the 2021 plan and the participatory planning mechanism according to the methodology of national strategic planning, and within the framework of the preparation of the second interim plan 2021-2025 AD, which steps to prepare will be completed according to the timetable with the participation of all concerned parties
