Resuming discussion of the matrix of rehabilitation projects for the Corporation’s ports

4/10/2020, a network meeting that included the Communication and Liaison Committee of the Yemeni Red Sea Ports Corporation chaired by Eng. Yahya Sharaf al-Din, the Communication Committee and Director of the Port Project at the United Nations Development Program, Catherine Kapothia, discussed the matrix of port rehabilitation projects submitted by the Foundation to the program for its implementation .

The meeting touched on the pledges of the United Nations and the Development Program regarding some of the measures necessary to develop the port of Hodeidah, which is a major focus of the Stockholm Agreement, in addition to discussing a number of points regarding the specifications of the berths in the corporation.

It is worth noting that the meeting was attended by members of the contact committee from the institution’s side, and the date of the next meeting will be determined as soon as the necessary information is available.
