The Follow-up and Evaluation Committee of the Executive Office of the National Vision, headed by Nabil Al-Tiri, was informed of the percentage of achievement in the first phase of the national vision in the Ministry of Transport and its affiliated bodies and institutions.

 

In its meeting today at the Executive Unit of the National Vision of the Ministry of Transport, the committee reviewed the activities, programs and projects implemented by the Ministry of Transport and its affiliated bodies and institutions during the first phase, according to the guidelines included in the vision in its first phase 2019-2020.

 

The follow-up and evaluation committee discussed, with the head of the executive unit of the national vision at the Ministry of Transport, Engineer Nazir Al-Dabai, and members of the executive units of the authorities and institutions affiliated with the ministry, the difficulties and challenges in the first phase and aspects related to preparing plans and programs within the second phase of the national vision for the transport sector.

 

The head of the executive unit of the vision at the Ministry of Transport emphasized that the strategic projects submitted by the Ministry of Transport and its affiliated bodies and institutions to the Executive Office of the National Vision are of economic and developmental importance, indicating that transport projects require a longer time for study and implementation.

 

Aqeel Al-Bakiri, a member of the Follow-up and Evaluation Committee at the Executive Office of the Vision, praised the efforts of the Executive Unit at the Ministry of Transport and its cooperation with the committee to assess the level of achievement and identify difficulties.

 

He stressed the necessity of continuous evaluation of the level of implementation of the vision plans for the first and second stages in the sectors of the ministry and its affiliated bodies and institutions
