The conclusion of a course in strategic planning at the Civil Aviation Institute

 

the Institute of Civil Aviation and Meteorology concluded a training course in national strategic planning, organized by the Ministry of Transport in cooperation with the Executive Office of the National Vision Management.

The course aimed at providing 25 members of the sub-executive units of the Ministry of Transport and its affiliated bodies and institutions with skills in strategic planning and the levels and methodology of planning in the national vision.

The five-day session focused on the steps and stages of preparing the national strategic plan, the strategic and interim national vision plans, the tasks and roles of the vision’s executive units, and the monitoring and evaluation mechanism.

In conclusion, the Minister of Transport, Zakaria Al-Shami, stressed the interest in the outputs of specific courses in the field of strategic planning.

He pointed out the importance of implementing what was included in the session in strategic plans and future projects, noting the efforts of the training staff during the course period aimed at developing institutional work.

The minister affirmed that the strategic planning cycle is gaining importance in enhancing human capabilities, in a way that contributes to the development of the construction and development process during the next year in accordance with the national vision.

At the conclusion, which was attended by the CAMA ‘S Charmin Dr. Muhammad Abdul-Rahman Abdul-Qadir, the charmin of the Land Transport Affairs Walid Al-Wadaei, the deputy of the Civil Aviation Authority Raed Jabal, the Director of the Institute of Civil Aviation and Meteorology Dr. Naji Al-Sahmi and Director of Sana’a International Airport Khaled Al-Shayef, certificates of appreciation were distributed to the participants of the session
